A 24 cm by 18 cm piece of 1.5 cm thick, clear acrylic on which a dedication has been photo-etched. It was presented to recognize Paul Fehrenbach of Chalk River for his service as Vice-president and then as President of the Pacific Nuclear Council over the period 2004-2006. The plaque was presented at the 15th Pacific Basin Nuclear Conference in Sydney, Australia, on October 19, 2006.
