A 31.5 cm, square, wooden memento with the metal depiction of the WR-1 reactor and the Whiteshell Laboratories’ familiar water tower presented to A. Lane on his transfer to Chalk River in 1981 after a twelve-year career in the Fuel Technology Branch at the Whiteshell Nuclear Research Establishment.
