The last dosimeter badge used by Dr. W.B. Lewis – Employee Number 11, at Chalk River. During his lifetime Dr. Lewis would have been issued with a series of badges that began with a film dosimeter and evolved to the TLD (thermoluminescent dosimeter) model. This was the badge he wore at the time of his retirement in 1973.
