A vintage set of Riefler A20 drafting compasses and pens. The set contains eight compasses and pens as well as extenders and a set of replacement graphite tips. The instruments were made in Germany by the company founded by Clements Riefler. This set was used at the AECL Design Office at Chalk River and was owned by David Thompson. The date on the set is 1958. The set is in a leathered case that measures 25 cm in length, 12 cm in width and 2.5 cm in height.
