Description

A 45 cm by 60 cm, hardboard-mounted, colour, aerial photograph of the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station (DNGS). The DNGS, which consists of four nominal 850 MWe CANDU reactors (total output 3.5 GWe) is located in Durham County on the shores of Lake Ontario.  The last of the four reactors was put into operation in 1993.
