A 32 cm by 22 cm, aluminum tray made to commemorate the achievement of a new monthly production record at the AECL-owned Port Hawksbury Heavy Water Plant (PHHWP) in Nova Scotia.  The tray is made of nominal 2 mm aluminum sheet and is engraved.  The PHHWP was a single-unit plant designed for an output of 400Mg/a.  Construction started in 1970 but a number of problems were encountered with its operation and only limited production was achieved until 1978.  Production for the year 1979 reached 282 Mg.  A monthly production peak was achieved in November, 1979.  The plant was shut down in March, 1985.
