The first General Meeting of Members of the Society took place 19:00 Tuesday, 29th August 2017 in the W.B. Lewis Library – Program Room, 55 Ridge Road, Deep River Ontario. 22 Members were in attendance. There were two items on the agenda: Vote to Ratify the Articles of Incorporation and the First Constitution; Vote to Elect the First Board. Both Motions were passed unanimously.
